How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Hey guys! To get right to the point, I want to go to AX this year, and have an Artist Alley table. But to do that, I need money! I'm working on getting an actual job... but I'm going to need money to pre-register and pay for half of an art table by the end of the month! (I'm sharing two tables with *Doomfest and ~CyzirVisheen and someone else) So I'm going to take 3-at-a-time mini commissions to help with that goal.

Specifications:
- $5-$10 commissions only (depends on complexity)
- These will be cleanish sketches, done with tablet. Probably no bigger than 700px.
- one character/subject only
- "First come, first serve" but I also hold the right to say no to the request.

Basically it goes like this, comment with what you want me to draw, I'll name the price, you send monies through paypal, and when all the slots are filled, I'll draw everything... then repeat the process later! Easy enough.

To give an idea on pricing, if you want me to draw Hamtaro that would be like a $5 sketch. A more complicated character (like some detailed RPG villain) would be more in the $10 range. I'm sure you guys know what I'm best at!
